Sage Manipulation Training
Location:
Wantage, Oxfordshire
Date:
14/06/2011
Designed for:
Auditors, Client Managers, those involved with reconciliations and anyone else in the organisation receiving and relying upon output from clients’ systems. This open session will enable attendees to benefit from the experiences of other people in similar roles in the industry.
Objectives
Sage accounting packages are used by over 60% of UK enterprises (with employees) and are therefore used by a huge proportion of all invoice financiers’ clients. Sage Manipulation training is intended to highlight: how easy to manipulate Sage 50 Accounts actually is, the areas of manipulation likely to take place to defraud a financier and, where possible, ways to defeat such fraud. Our aim is to open your minds to the possible so that you can have more educated conversations with your clients and more sophisticated assessments of the information either they send you, you extract or you interrogate on their systems.
Content:
Throughout the module the accredited Sage trainer uses a live Sage 50 Accounts system to take participants through manipulations related to the areas shown below. Real cases from De Vere & Co’s experience are used to give context to the material. We encourage audience participation and are happy to go through specific areas of interest that are not on the agenda.
